Originally from Bristol, I’ve travelled a lot of the world and lived for 7 years in Vancouver, Canada. It was during my time on the North Shore that I fell in love with mountain biking, and at the same time connected with yoga, enjoying not only the increased flexibility but also the opportunity to take time out for me.

Being a keen mountain biker, I became very aware of the impact yoga has had on my riding, and that got me thinking… if yoga is helping me, why not take this to others?! Yoga has so many benefits for our bodies, and its these bodies that enable us to do the sports we love. But if we’re not careful we can focus too much on one or two sports and forget that crucial stretching and variety that helps to prevent injury and keeps us going longer.

Professionally, I’m from a learning and development background and have worked for several organisations across the UK and Canada. I’m an experienced coach and have a real passion for enabling people to fulfil their goals and dreams! I’m also a qualified barber, so if you’re in need of a trim…

– trained in Hatha yoga in Khajuraho, India and qualified as a 200hr YT in 2016
