“I had never done yoga, or anything like it in my life before Jo’s class, I couldn’t even touch my toes. Jo’s classes are easygoing and she tailors moves to what you can do. I finish each session feeling really good, and it’s definitely helping my core, and I think my posture too. I’d say Stretch Yoga classes are really enjoyable and consider myself a convert now. Still can’t touch my toes mind, but they are getting closer! Great class, great teacher.”
