YOGA FOR CYCLISTS
If we spend lots of time in the saddle we can end up with a hunched back, sore lower back, tight hamstrings and tight hip flexors. Combine this with a lot of sitting down during the day and you’re asking for trouble! This class works on opening up your chest, building lower back and core strength, and giving you deep stretches in to those problem areas.
